Coronavirus Anxiety



If you do not experience some apprehensions about the Corona virus or covid-19 then you will not be human. There are several reasons that concern about the disease is spreading worldwide and the main reason is lack of information related to this disease.
To circumvent anxiety when such a situation occurs, some appropriate steps can be taken to make life easier through this epidemic.

Everyone needs a break from considering the situation, especially if getting a good night’s rest is your best defense against an over-anxious mind and body.
10- Communicate- Keep in touch with good friends and family. Even if you can’t be together, there are always online ways to connect through chatting or face-to-face conversations. Making the best out of a difficult situation works a little easier but stress helps release chemicals and results in a calm mind and body.

Above all, remember that you are not alone. Everything you are going through is different or unusual from anyone else. Discuss your feelings with friends and family and you will be pleasantly surprised how similar your feelings are to them.
