Phobia is a type of anxiety disorder and deep irrational fear that causes panic when it comes to a source of fear. This persistent fear of a situation or thing can go on for over six months. The affected person tries his best to avoid the thing or the situation to a greater degree than the real danger. When a person is unable to avoid a situation or thing, he or she suffers great distress. One can develop phobias in innumerable situations or things.
Causes of Phobia
Environmental and genetic factors result in phobias. Children who often have anxiety disorders are at greater risk of developing these phobias. Extreme elevation, enclosed areas, insect exposure or animal bites or a stressful event such as close dip can be a source of such gifts. Even those people with chronic health conditions such as substance abuse, depression or brain damage tend to develop these wounds.
Symptoms of Phobia
Phobias can be ridiculous but those who suffer from the problem fail the real test. Different symptoms are shown in patients suffering from different types of phobias. For example, schizophrenics suffer from auditory, visual, paranoia, delusions and other unplanned symptoms.
Treatment of Phobia
For whatever reason there may be some natural phobia remedies such as ginseng, lemon or lemon, valerian root or lavender oil.
Lemon or Lime: Lemon or lime juice is effective in reducing the dizziness or nausea associated with phobia. Just cut the lemon into two halves and have the aroma of relief during the phobia attack.

Lavender: This is another effective cure for phobia. Lavender has a calming effect on the body and has a pleasant aroma. Daily massage of lavender oil can help eliminate the phobia. A great way to ease the thought is to add drops of lavender oil to the bath water bath.
Kava: This is a popular drug used to treat and transmit psychiatric patients. It refreshes the mind without disturbing the mental clarity of the patients. Using a kava herb daily creates a level of tolerance that is helpful in reducing phobia. The normal dose of kava is 250 mg.
Passion Flower: An exciting flower is an effective herbal remedy that enhances the functioning of the nervous system and brain and helps keep organs evenly healthy. This natural remedy works to control phobias and anxiety.
